Start a CCMA / labour referral

The CCMA referral window (LRA s191(1)) is usually 30 days from the dismissal or incident — 90 days if it qualifies as automatically unfair — and missing it can end the matter unless condonation is granted, which is its own uphill application. Telling us the date now, before anything else, is what actually protects your position.
